At Demon United, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best protection for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; gear must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
