What is Demon United's return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, protective gear that has been used in action cannot be returned.

How should I clean and maintain my Demon protective equipment?
Most of our soft goods and D3O padded liners should be hand-washed in cold water with mild soap and air-dried. Avoid using a dryer or high heat, as this can compromise the integrity of the protective materials.
